Worship and the Arts

In worship we offer ourselves to God who has made us a part of creation. God’s creative Spirit is reflected in our worship through the worship arts – liturgy, theology, music, visual art, education and evangelism.

Trinity United Methodist Choir

We follow the Revised Common Lectionary, which is our link with scripture. The scripture is the basis of our worship planning, for the sermon, children’s time, hymns or any other worship activity.

In recent months we have added hymns and responses from The Faith We Sing, which supplements The United Methodist Hymnal.

Choir

As music is a major component of our worship, we offer several ways to become involved with this ministry.
