Children’s Musical Theater
Rehearsals: Sundays, 4:30 p.m. Education Building
Director: Layne Wilson
During weekly rehearsals, children and youth prepare music for worship and for musicals. Ms. Layne Wilson, who teaches music at the Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal School, uses Orff techniques with the Children’s Musical Theater. Children and youth ring handchimes, which are less fragile than handbells. Practice for these takes place during regular rehearsal times.
- all children kindergarten to 6th grade
- practice is Sundays, 4:30-5:15
- no previous experience necessary!!!
- feel free to bring a musical friend!!!
